You're looking at what's going on around you??? What's wrong with you. Don't you know this is hunting site?

As a side note I agree groceries are expensive, but what is too high?

Remember everyone had to make more money. Biden flamed those flames and all money is, is a way of keeping score.

There is an imbalance currently that will eventually correct its self, if Biden & Co will quit pumping more monopoly paper into the system.

At the end when it finally settles down the folks that were compiling about more money are. They are now making 18$ instead of 12$ but the #1 combo meal at you name the drive through is no longer 5$ & tax it is now 8-9$ plus tax.

So all things are still the same in the end in terms of actual purchasing power.

Agreed with everything except this part - things are not the same. Things are much worse because the increase in prices is outpacing the increase in wages. Been that way for a few decades now.

My work place has a morale and motivational improvement program in place. Think Schrute bucks from the Office. It doesn't support itself whatsoever. They print money so a person can buy a prize [that the company has to pay for with real money]. You get this Schrute Money for doing things you should be doing anyway.

All items will now "cost" more incentive bucks now since real money is required to buy the kitsch for sale in the store. Inflation. LOL.

This is a microcosm of our country: give money away, prices go up.

That is why I prefaced that with:"There is an imbalance currently that will eventually correct its self, if Biden & Co will quit pumping more monopoly paper into the system."

One of 2 things will have to happen. Either interest rates will have to continue to climb in order to soak up the monopoly paper or God forbid we start making energy again in order to lower the one constant inout cost for every service or good we pay for.

At which point what you quoted me as saying will happen.

My issues is private industry salary hasn't stayed on par with inflation. Last year we were given 3% and this year we get 4% merit; corporate driven. And I have lost my ability for discretionary bonus. I have 4 open positions in project management and the going salary has jumped 25% over the last 3 years. I'm paying 30% higher salary for same experience level of current employees. Very hard to keep people motivated to come back every day; even though I'm a great boss and they should want to work for me for free.

I don't think the murder of the woman in the parking had a damn thing to do with grocery prices.

I didn’t see food prices, inflation or the CPI mentioned as a motive either.

But I wasn’t gonna derail another tour aboard the QQ train.

My mom rolled up on the scene right after it happened, believes the victim had just put her kids in the car and was returning her buggy when the altercation started.

Victim was "Alexandria Cress Borys, a 26-year-old Irmo resident, was shot in the head and died at the scene, Lexington County Coroner Margaret Fisher said Wednesday."

    Read more at: https://www.thestate.com/news/local/...#storylink=cpy

No picture in article but Pic below is Facebook profile for Alexandria Borys, and birthday puts her at 26. Looks pretty vicious. I'm sure she was the aggressor in this situation

    Sad times.

I believe it is premature to say this is racially motivated.

Yeah, let us know how to get back the five years of lag that's happened twice in the last 15 years. The literal definition of 1 step forward 2 steps back. It's not even a natural correction, it's an orchestrated attack on prosperity.
