    Beavers are a pain in the ass but it's hard not to be impressed with their work. I can work my ass off all day to tear down one of their dams and come back the next day and it is rebuilt better than before.

    I have at least one living in my pond and he isn't causing any problems so far. He kills sweet gum trees, which is a plus, and makes some holes in the bank but it's a water table pond with no way to drain.

    I hate them. They make my work more difficult on a regular basis. That being said they are impressive critters. If only we could impart their work ethic on our society.
