    Default Power Pole help

I have recently gotten a new to me bay boat for inshore fishing. It has a dual power pole set up and one of the units is not functioning. It has power, but I cannot make it operate manually from the top of the control unit which leads me to believe that the pump has gone to crap. Are the motors rebuildable or do you just get a new power unit?

Is it making any noise when you hit each button or just flat out nothing happening? I assume green light blinking on top of pump?

Power pole has great customer service and can help you troubleshoot and resolve any issues quickly as well.

Call power pole and they’ll help you figure it out, first class customer service.

This. I dealt with them when I had my boat and they were great.

X4 or whatever number to also confirm calling power pole. I did it and they walked me through everything right there on the phone. Had a tournament the next day and they made sure everything was running right before we hung up.

It’s either the control board or the motor. Had to replace both of mine recently.

Green light is blinking. Down button doesn’t feel like anything is engaging under the pad. Up button feels normal.

I will call in the morning. Thanks.

Check your ground. Does it make the usual noise when you first power the pump? Mine stuck down a few weeks ago. I called power pole from the boat and we worked through a few steps and figured out the ground connection wasn’t right at the battery.

Sounds like a ground issue. Mine did the exact same thing
