    Default Springfield 1884 Trapdoor

    A buddy inherited a Springfield 1884, serial number from limited research has it made in 1890. Does anyone hear know anyone that is knowledgeable about those rifles that may be willing to talk to him and potentially help him put a value on it? He is in the upstate, if that matters. Not sure if there is a local guru or not on those old trap door guns.

    Not in the upstate but if you come down to Sumter with it I can help you
