Glaring lack of discipline by the cocks.

ND's running game was too much for SC in the 2nd half.

Delta in a nutshell: Breeding grounds + small wetlands + big blocks of grass cover + predator removal + nesting structures + enough money to do the job= plenty of ducks to keep everyone smiling!

Is it possible to justify a shamecock L without referencing big brother?

That's what I take from this game more than anything else.

...which is a result of (poor) coaching.

Not sure it was a lack of discipline unless you're talking about some of the penalties. SC defense was without at least 6 normal guys from the rotation. They got worn down in the second half pretty badly. Proud of the way they fought through the season, but certainly disappointed in this loss.

I knew they were playing this game as a joke once they sent a 280# D lineman on a corner route for a TD. Damm near caught it to.

Bingo. No accountability. Might win some here and there, but sustained success is a pipe dream. Plus, the cocks just historically suck.

All bowl games except the semi and final one are a joke. Hard to know what any result will be with all the players on every team not playing. I also will have to agree with all my Clemson friends that you will have to play the officials as well, when you play ND.

Really fun game to watch, and SC fans should be proud of that effort.

All that aside, the decision to throw the ball over the middle, in that situation, for the second pick 6 is likely in the top 5 worst coaching decisions I’ve ever seen. Ever. Run the ball 3 times, and if you don’t score a TD, you take a 2 score lead with 4 minutes left.

Spencer played like he played the first half of the year (most of the game).

Looked like a pieced together neighborhood football team. Burch and Legette balled out.
