    Default Donating quartered venison.

Between now and the end of the season we are planning on harvesting 8-9 more does to fill our quota. Right now everyone’s freezers are full and we do not need any more meat other than getting the bone in backstrap out of 5-6 of the deer. My question is, is there a processor or food bank within an hour of Lugoff that will take quartered up deer as donations?

Looks like Peach Orchard is closest to you. I would call first to make sure they are taking them and that they will take quartered. I've also heard that some processors charge the hunter/donor a small fee so you may want to ask about that.

If you are in Georgetown, I'd like to get a couple of hearts.

Put them on the sc deer hunters group on FB, and they'll get gone.

Definitely check with Peach Orchard. Also Tracy's Deer Processing on 401 between Sumter and Mayesville is a little further, but he'll usually take them.

I have taken many processed hogs to these people. Call them.
