Some of them are pretty gourmet.

Others have been not so much.

Rollin Smoke in Charleston had some fire brisket about 10 years ago.

Don't really do much in the way of food trucks but Cousin's Maine Lobster lobster dog and lobster grilled cheese sandwich were outstanding.

We hit one in Hartsville on lunch break a few months ago. It was two fags smokin weed and didn’t have any food ready yet.

A Lot of delicious over priced food. Usually the Mexican trucks in hood are the best

Son #2's galfriends parents have one as a 4th or 5th income project. They evidently do very well with it. The problem is keeping the help (like everywhere) so they end up having to run it some themselves. Italian stuff.

I think we have three Mexican food trucks here now, one is about like a base camp though. I think that's the good one, the girls that work for me will grab miscellaneous stuff every so often.. I know Nutz likes that Baby Susie's truck, the egg rolls are cool. Then there are like a few more, one guy will park next to the store on Fridays.. I think he got into it just to find legit work. Then at our Farmer's market there are some food truck days as well.

I don't eat lunch often, if I do.. it's an egg salad sandwich at the club, or I'm going home to grill a ribeye.

Lobster Tater Tots are where it's at from Cousin's. This is the only Food Truck I will seek to find. Rest are ok, usually just something different at a more convenient spot.

If you ever see Jon G's Barbecue food trailer setup anywhere you better stop and get some if there's any left. I would say stop by their restaurant, but they only open on Saturdays from 10 until sold out. Which is normally around noon.

Those corporate buttholes that demonized healthy animal fats by controlling the "food pyramid" for 50 years in favor of the much cheaper and unhealthier seed oils should rot in hell...
