Agreed but I would imagine that it is a deterrent to the average person that would consider robbing the store. Store employees walking around everywhere with guns.

I would not want to be in the store at the time, but it would be interesting to see the liability suits filed if there ever was a Polish firing squad erupt in a store.

In today's litigious society, I wonder if most are even allowed to load their firearms.

In the past they never call or follow up for me. here is what I just did to follow my order.

Go to PSA, help center, order tracking. Fill out the check your order status. It will load the page showing your status (which mine shows processed and shipped) click on “order information” link and that loads another page and now it shows processed, shipped, and delivered. see pic below

I noticed it said delivered when i checked yesterday so i called them just now and they told me it was ready for me to pick up.

I'm not sure how many firearms they go through in a week but they could improve the process.

Well, it's more a thanks to homeboy that did some digging for me.

Hate to say it but PSA is a mixed bag. Some of their employees are awesome however some make me cringe for numerous reasons. Generally I think they are over priced and their customer service has gone to hell but when they have what you want or need that sometimes outweighs things. Online ordering for me has been hit or miss. Personally I think it pays to shop around now a days. The AR stuff they sell now is ok but it isn’t the value it used to be. For instance they no longer utilize FN barrels in the upper builds rather I believe it’s outsourced elsewhere or done in house. Their early AR platforms were bad ass for the minimal amount spent on them. These days I prefer mom and pop places if you can find them.

Yup not a thing with FNH barrels in stock, PSA is still one of their largest commercial customers hands down, likely still the largest

Just built a PSA rifle for my bride to kill God’s creatures with. 6.5 Grendel sub-moa group out of the box at 100 yds. 40% less than other manufacturers that I priced. If you want something immediately, go into a store and buy it. If you want it shipped, don’t whine like a welfare mother whose check is late when it takes time to get to you.
