I’ll be lighting a fire at 1 am and I’ll toss a log every hour.

    2 butts
    6 racks
    30lbs of quarters

Ain’t nothing wrong with a pellet grill for some butts or quarters.
Yeah, but do you consider a dog to be a filthy animal? I wouldn't go so far as to call a dog filthy but they're definitely dirty. But, a dog's got personality. Personality goes a long way.

Until those pellets clog up while feeding and that nighttime rain shower...

I like cooking with wood but am getting too old and am too busy to feed a fire for 20 hours. These turned out just fine for my office Thanksgiving lunch last week. Yes, this is a pellet grill and I am also using a WiFi thermometer that sends an alarm to my phone when my meat gets to temp. Even if I知 15 minutes away at the office. Very convenient if I知 on the tractor, also. I知 capable of doing it over wood without gadgets, but am able to cook a lot more often with modern technology because I can multitask and keep the smoke rolling while I知 at my son's game, etc. I don稚 really care what Highstrung or anyone thinks. Neither do the people that enjoy my barbecue on the regular.

P&S 1250. I love it. I have their charcoal grill also and it’s awesome. It has a propane charcoal lighter and I can get it hot in no time. It’s my go to for steaks, chicken, etc.
