Smoked mac n cheese is good, it picks up the smoke. Havent made it in awhile but will around christmas.

It goes on normally after a butt comes off and rests. Then they both ready at the same time.

Just keep an eye on the chicken on the pellet, it seems to be a little dryer than on my big smoker. Other than that everything else is about the same on the pellet as my big tow behind.

Like I really care what these Karen's think. When they're ready to throw down on a BBQ competition I'm ready. I'll even cook it on a pellet grill to make the ass whoopin even worse for them.

Spaghetti is a hit with my family.

    Mac-n-cheese, meatloaf, pizza, fish, and
Any meats you would cook on a grill or other smoker. I cook on mine at least 3-4 days a week.

Bacon. There's a couple different methods I use and both are good. I don't even cook it in the house anymore.

Butts, brisket, ribs. I've done pork belly a couple times which is awesome but i've set mine on fire with all the fat one of those times.

I've done mac and cheese on it once, and it was awesome

No offense HS but I’d put a steak off my “queef machine” up against any method you got.

A friend sent me an idea a while back. Take a whole jar of pickle spears and pat the dry. Wrap in bacon, season liberally with your favorite bbq rub. Put on grill until the bacon is crispy. Never would’ve thought of it, but damn if it wasn’t great
