Default Favorite thing to cook on pellet grill

I just bought a Z grill and am curious what your favorite thing is to cook on a pellet grill. There as so many great things to choose from. I am definatley going to try the Mac n Cheese sometime soon.

Shoulders and hams from smaller pigs. I run them at 250 until they hit 195 or so. Takes about five hours.

Maybe Duckcutter can chime in here. He seems to have quite the opinion on the topic here lately.

It's not a grill, Jab. It's an oven.
