    Default Annandale for sale

Cant imagine what the yearly upkeep would be. Hope the state doesn't get ahold of it.

She is sweet. I was handed the keys to it and the owner died a week later, and then his wife right behind him. He did not like his kids and swore that they would never get their filthy paws on it. Announcing your intentions is a great way to hear God laugh...

Wonderful looking place. Glad to see the pictures because this common man will never set foot there. A fine example of the haves and have nots.

Just put earnest money on it.
Yeah, but do you consider a dog to be a filthy animal? I wouldn't go so far as to call a dog filthy but they're definitely dirty. But, a dog's got personality. Personality goes a long way.

Been all over that property. It is in my opinion the best waterfowl property on the east coast. And that is a direct result of the manager. I’m sad to see it on the market but optimistic that it will be in the hands of someone new who is as passionate about waterfowl as the current owner is.

One of the previous owners is a big wig for Santee Cooper, that's about all I know about the place.. Believe he sold it back in like 2005/2006ish... I met him in high school at some School Government Function and we talked about duck hunting.

I do believe I would have left out the picture with Mark Sanford front and center on the for sale page though..
