to me, its my lifetime and those of my kids.

i have an easement on my property and damn sure expect it to be upheld well after I am gone. Will it last "forever?" Of course not, but enough of "forever" to make me feel like I made the right choice.

I feel like both of them have enough on their plate as it is. But either one could do it without a doubt.

Bringing 24 million to the table seems to be pedigree enough.

He's also 80 now. Most 80 year olds are in the process of selling off trophy's.

Google says his net worth is $3billion ... You can make your own pedigree when you have billions.

Given that areas proximity to Charleston it is extremely plausible that some money hungry development group could come in and scoop up any and all of the available property. Conservation Easements only work when the person fighting them doesn’t have the funding to fight them. They can and have been over turned. And JAB I am answering the prior post in this one. BTW

Be proactive about improving public waterfowl habitat in South Carolina. It's not going to happen by itself, and our help is needed. We have the potential to winter thousands of waterfowl on public grounds if we fight for it.
