Default Practical use for dead coons

Anybody got any ideas on what to do with a bunch of dead coons. I'm fixing to start trapping egg eaters here in a few weeks and while I am willing to eat one I can't use more than that. I hate to just throw them on the gut pile so any ideas would be appreciated. Fur prices don't make it worth skinning and my grandkids can only wear coonskin caps one at a time so I'm out of ideas.
