    Default Rifle Scope

Looking to purchase a new scope soon. Budget of $1500-$2k. This will be going on a tikka 6.5prc. Want something good in low light and has an illuminated reticle. What does the brain trust suggest?

Not being a jerk, but this topic gets discussed monthly if not more often. The easiest answer will come by using the search function. And I like the high end Leupolds.

I ask because I’m not on here every day to read all the bs posts. I have been running trijicon accupoints for several years and have been happy with them.

Yeah, but do you consider a dog to be a filthy animal? I wouldn't go so far as to call a dog filthy but they're definitely dirty. But, a dog's got personality. Personality goes a long way.

I have more high end Leupolds than anything else, but you would be amiss to not check out a Meopta Optika 6.

Another +1 for Meopta optic's, a huge bang for your buck. If you go to their website, just google Meopta, store you will see some items that they have on sale. One of my favorites is their ZD 6-24X56 RD , This scope is about 30% off, the first time I have EVER seen them on sale. I have one on a 6.5 CM and love it. You can dial in any of their reticles to your specific load using Strlok Pro, my favorite ballistics app..

I’ve bought demo/used optics from Redhawk before. Couldn’t tell it from new. Honestly I think calling it demo or used is how they get away with charging less than MAP

    Redhawk is good to go

Did you know that Zeiss has Meopta make some of the glass for their riflescopes? They did the Cabela's brand optics as well as a few others too. There's a reason others buy their glass from Meopta, besides the fact that they have been a glass company for over 80 years.
