    Greasy rice is for sure in the top 5 of foods at our family functions. Bart I cant wait to hear back about how I've changed your world.

    My wife calls it ham rice, even puts in little chunks of ham conservatively. It's pretty good stuff.

    im ashamed to admit it but i feel like a yankee because i've never heard of this greasy rice.

    this will be part of our spread this year no doubt about it.

    Ya'll ever tried pineapple casserole, my ex made it on 2 consecutive thanksgivings before i would even try it and i was surprised it was actually pretty good
