    Sat a beanfield behind the house this evening and Shuler was able to seal the deal on his first deer. She came out at about 90yds and was quartering slightly toward us. He was determined to do it all by himself off the sand bag so I verified it was a doe and he settled the crosshairs and squeezed. She didn’t go far but the angle left little blood. Got the dog and she went right to her. Super proud!

    Yeah, but do you consider a dog to be a filthy animal? I wouldn't go so far as to call a dog filthy but they're definitely dirty. But, a dog's got personality. Personality goes a long way.
