    Hell I’m still waiting on my federal return for the this year. Wasn’t much and was first return I’ve supposed to get in last several years. Maybe it’ll cancel out this years if I owe.

    I doubt seriously that I will qualify, but......to answer your question, IF I were to get $800, it's $800 they TOOK FROM ME, so its them giving it back. I'm not giving back something that they gave me back from when they took it from me to start with.

    In reality, they took it from me and are giving it to someone else, (Many of whom did not pay in $800) so you should ask them.
