For the 2020 election I had just moved back to SC from Virginia. When I went to vote I was told an absentee ballot had been requested and that my in person vote would be provisional until sorted out. I never requested an absentee ballot!

    Default Trump vs Desantis Poll

If we can can have Trump policy without mean tweets I am in. Someone that can keep a cabinet intact.

I do. But the current topics are voter fraud, Duke Power and it’s DNC ties, and climpsin losing to the Irish.

What significance is calling them Climpsin? I don't follow sports so I honestly have no idea. I think I've seen someone else spell it Climp5in in here too

None. Deflection. Fish is gullible to tin foil hat theories. He was predicting Ebola like the Dems did Covid. Duke lobbies each side equally like a good little unionized socialist company giving back. It’s a nice little cycle.

Climpsin forces the reader to mispronounce the name, a mispronunciation quite common in common parlance. Climp5in is a reference to the five year stretch in which Clemson lost to South Carolina in football when Steve Spurrier was the HC at SC. SC rarely beats Clemson in football, so it was a big deal.

    Wow. 90% for Desantis.

What about a Desantis and Tim Scott ticket?

The fight will be in the primaries. I don't think he can beat Desantis, especially if he goes his scorched earth tactics like he did last time.

Trump worked his ass off for free for 4 years. Govt got smaller. Freedom got bigger. People were working. Taxes got cut. Foreign relations improved. National security through energy independence. Gas prices at $1.50.

He did this and a 100 other positive things for Americans. For you. For me.

I appreciate it. I don't care if he's a Yankee. I can't stand to be around most southerners these days either.

I owe him my vote in 2024. Don't care if the limp dick consensus on this board says otherwise.

Bigtimber I would also like to say you're about the most worthless member on this site.

Trump's done. It's DeSantis' nomination to lose in 2024. Regular republicans that are not groupie MAGA's are done with him.

DeSantis gained ground in FL showing the ability to pull in more "nontraditional" republican voters. Trump can't do that. Trump might win only if Hillary ran again, but she ain't doing that either.

A normal person would see they couldn't beat DeSantis, but Trump's ego won't let him do that. He's probably gonna string his red hat crowd along as long as he can get them to pay to enter rallies, but won't announce a run so he can use that money as he pleases.

Don’t disagree with any of that! I do challenge you to think about the decade of quantitative easing and cheap debt and how it factored into the “successes” touted by Trump. No doubt the economy was better however it was hurling towards the abyss as we were/are on an unsustainable path. No arguing Trump stood up for and promoted America First which is more than I can say for 99% of politicians.

My least favorite word in the English language is "sustainable". I immediately know what follows is "bullshit".
