That's funny. And from what I read lately, South Carolina has turned into quite a hotspot for child trafficking. Shouldn't that be more of a concern than some guy growing hemp? I'd rather see these resources committed to stuff that matters.

At what level do you need to be at SLED to ignore legal advice from a circuit judge? And have no repercussions. If that went to the very top I don’t think the state should pay the damages. Let the dump ass chief pay the damages. Just mt 2 cents.
