I watched a guy tie up blaze orange flagging tape in three tall pieces of corn last year, marking himself to others. It's hard to even understand what goes through people's minds, and why I don't like to hunt out of my circle. It's hard to even process, other then you knew that male had no idea what he was doing and also had a loaded gun.

My hunt test got canceled for this weekend so I am free to come church it up at any of your dove fields. I have wooden guns that break open and some that sling shells off to the side, in the yellow or red variety. And I have at least a dozen good excuses on standby as to why I didn't hit that easy crosser that flew by my stand.

This past weekend, I watched a 91 year old, 2 weeks removed from an almost week-long hospital stay, drop birds with his .410 1100 while wearing white new balances.

That sounds nice and all but do you even own a pair of camo crocs?

I’m kicking myself for not getting a picture. I got caught up loading for him and calling out birds.

    That’s awesome.

Lord willing, I hope to be able to still be shooting dove at 91 years old, with a bird boy that is hopefully my great grandson.
