    Really and truly out of all those cities, I don’t see how Charleston or Greenville are on the list.

    Sullivans Island should be on it. There's a never ending parade of rats that get in my "garage" that was originally a horse stable. Rats seem to thrive in the palmetto trees and maritime forest. Coincidentally, the coyote population is doing just fine too. One of my neighbors recently had two coyotes come out on the beach to challenge her poodle.
