    Default 2022 deer stands

Post em up, what ya got ??

I try to put up a new stand or 2 every year ... This spot is on a gas line through a 135 acre cutover ... Old stand here blew over after the trees were cut ... Didn't get to hunt here last year on account of that ... Decided to put one up that will stay this time ... 26' to the floor, 32' overall ... 3/4" wedge anchors in concrete waste blocks.

Going to enjoy sitting in this one with the grandkids.......

Most if y’all are in a different league than me. I ordered a new seat for my 22 year old summit viper and felt like I was somebody!!

I believe that on will stay.

We cut @200 acres this year and 4 of my stands blew over after the trees were gone. I spent last weekend putting them back up and anchoring them down (mobile home screws and ratchet straps)

Now that’s a high class deer stand. I’m currently sitting in a muddy lock on I got on sale for $79.

For real, I put up the two man stand you gave me and it damn sure didn’t take a lift to put it up

Staying mobile early season, this is my view from the 5 gallon bucket on a cut corn field.

Fine I'll post the new one for this year. Built this for the river and I suspect something will die out of it. My 7 year old and 3 year old had a big hand in building it and we had a blast.20220905_091615.jpg

Probably ought to put a properly grounded lightning rod on that thing.

    And a piss bucket.

2th you could have made that stand famous. Meateater company put out a "F-ed up Deer Stands" calendar and I'm pretty confident yours would have made the cut, maybe even the cover.

Brother and dad helped me set up a "handicap" stand that's easy to access and get into when I feel like going during treatment. Very excited to kill something decent out of it.
