Default When to start house breaking pups?

We are fostering some pups for the Humane Society. The mother was hit by a car and they were pulled after the fact, so we got them young and just weaned them off the bottle this past week. Ive never had a pup younger than 8 weeks before, where I would begin house training right away. I think they're too young now at about 5 weeks. Or should I just let the new owners start fresh with their own methods? They are mutts but definitely look like black lab mix, so I think they'll be adopted pretty quick.

Even at 5 weeks, I think it's never too early to begin reinforcements of some sort.

Ha thanks, but my wife gets all the credit. She's a stay at home mom, and with the kids back in school she has the time for the extra care cases. I just get a never ending rotation of puppies to play with!
