    You're right, but considering how many of the younger generation(s) can't even write their names in cursive, or know how many States are in the USA, etc, I'd be surprised if they even knew what this coolant is for, much less trusting that they could figure out what a 50/50 ratio was.

    I’ve been looking at various antifreeze brands and have yet to find one that uses propylene glycol. They all use ethylene glycol.

    Do you know of any specific AF/C’s that are for older vehicles and use PG?

    Evans makes a product called Engine ice that i think uses PG. It is nontoxic anyway.

    That stuff runs $35 per 1/2 gallon… whew.

    I did find that along with some of the varieties for specific brand vehicles, the Prestone Platinum Concentrate uses the added ’bitterant’ ingredient, and that only runs about $13/gallon, so I’ll count on their taste buds, along with normal cautions.
