Lowes Carrie’s GoBoard. When you couldn’t get Kerdi, I bought every piece they had from Mt. P to NMB and used it, it’ll do in a pinch. Just wish they made it in 4X8 sheets.
Yeah, but do you consider a dog to be a filthy animal? I wouldn't go so far as to call a dog filthy but they're definitely dirty. But, a dog's got personality. Personality goes a long way.

    Alright.

The entire shower is Kerdi Board and the patches are Kerdi Band over the screws.

Tile will terminate into Schluter strips at the drywall transition and then drywall mudded over the remaining Kerdi Band that extends beyond it.

Kerdi Board divider in the niche still has to go in. Schluter strip for the edges of that niche.

The back of the niche gets glass tile. Already on hand.

That FloFX bonding flange is installed with thinset. No Kerdi Fix on that drain. It’s a Schluter foam pan.

And I will finish when I finish. I got a lot going on.

    Continue with the lambasting…..

He’s doing the right thing. Make it take forever, otherwise you’ll be doing the other bathroom and the kitchen next. Make it a miserable experience so you don’t have to do it yourself again.

    "Sigh"

    I know.

I was poking fun at your customer service experience.

Had a couple of good woodworking jobs fall in my lap that I needed to take so we back in the saddle on this thing. Laid the main floor tile Saturday and dry fit the shower floor last night. Transition is working out just like the math said it would.
