I made some the other day with some leftover boiled shrimp. i ran em in the cuisnart thingie for a quick spin. added some lemon pepper, mayo, minced celery and onion.

I’ve never tried to make it so I’m not sure how the portions work out but I know she would always use a pound of shrimp and it would make a full size mixing bowl worth. We lost mom back in 2021 and my brother has been trying to perfect the recipe like hers but just hasn’t gotten there yet. Also I do know…no colored noodles and the longer it sits in the fridge the better.
