I can’t get anything to bite. Those things are thin like washers but they’re threaded. And they’re corroded. It’s best case scenario in there.

Is there a tool specifically for this nut?

Look, whistledick. I’m making an honest effort here to NOT tear the entire vanity out in a rage. If you have nothing to add, let the adults talk.

Hold up. Looking back at your picture, are you sure those "sleeves" aren't threaded internally? Might need to get those off first and then the thin washers will come right off. I'm looking on my phone so it's hard to tell.

    It’s one piece.

I destroyed a flathead trying to turn it. Some drywall too.

Sawzall/oscillating tool. Cut it and then pry it off.

A flat screwgey or a chisel will free it. Just a tap. Not a master plumber but fixtures are usually secured from under neath. Surprised at what you got on top. Knocker loose and get her done.
