Default "Link" for M1 Super 90

My 20ga. M1 started jamming on my son this past weekend shooting doves. I figured it was dirty but when I took it apart today the steel link behind bolt is broke. Pretty surprised this piece of steel broke where it did as essentially it just slides in and out of stock.

I seem to not be able to find the part in stock anywhere online. Everywhere is out of stock with no backorder. Reaching out to the brainstrust to see if anyone has a gunsmith that could possibly get their hands on one. It is interchangeable between gauges.

It is a clean break with no pieces.

I've broken just about everything on my '95 Benelli SBE, except that. Probably should buy a backup part now that I've probably jinxed myself.

Thanks Chuck, but it's like everywhere else "Out of Stock". I wouldn't think this would be that highly a sought after part. Cajun if I find them I'll buy 2 and you can get one. I may just steal one off one of the other M1's I have for the interim.

Timberman22, is that piece hollow? It sounds like I ought to pick up a spare one, also, if most everyone is out of stock. My M1 doesn't get much use, but one never knows.

Call Benelli customer service, give them the s/n and they will hook you up. Have nothing but good things to say. (301) 283-6981

I would definitely check out the recoil spring on that one. Something may have been binding up to cause that.

I called them and they have 27 on backorder with Midwest Gun Works. Strange if you ask me as I wouldn't think it would be a highly needed part. B-Stick is going to hook me up with a weld

The same part (60685) is used on SBE3, M1, M2, Montefeltro and many others in 12, 28 or 20 gauge so it can't be something they (Benelli) don't keep on hand.

It's milled too. Not cast. Odd break.
