Research? I mean let's be honest, maybe there is a market for a 60' Sporty Cat. How do you fully comprehend the needs of a sporty unless you fish on a sporty?

I'm lucky enough to have friends with a lot more money than me and have the privilege to fish both. I understand pretty well the pros and cons of a big center console vs a sportfisher.

When I worked there the man was making plans to step away from the day to day operation and just become owner/founder of company. He hired a CFO and a CEO to run the place. I’d imagine with his son about to graduate HS he is planning his retirement on the Sporty island hopping. Probably tow a 34 or the redesigned rumored 28. Along with him. Or hell he knows enough people with a freeman he would probably just catch a free ride.
