    Default Dallisgrass...is the devil

What can I use other than MSMA? Don't wanna pay $400 for some herbicide and don't want to wait to winter to dig it all up and have holes all over.

Well, you’ve shot down your two choices. Spot treating with MSMA repeatedly will control it or you can dig it up.

For the MSMA route, if you have a friend at a golf course you might could get just enough to accomplish your goals.

For the digging up route, the rhizomes are shallow so you don’t need deep holes.

Try that…..has been proven *effective* in the fall. Effective being a relative term in regards to Dallisgrass. You hit the nail on the head with it being the devil.

Foramsulfuron (Revolver) is a new postemergent herbicide for control of cool-season grass weeds and turf species in warm season lawns. It can only be used in bermudagrass and zoysiagrass lawns and has good weed control activity on dallisgrass

Celcius works for me. It may take a couple applications or a little stronger mixture.

Not much. I've got about a 20x20 total area. Two concentrated areas and then a couple of smaller where the dog has shit seeds.

Only chemicals I use on my bermuda are Celsius, msm turf, sedgehammer and prodiamine pre emergent. If those won’t kill it it gets a paintbrush and roundup.

MSMA + Sencor is the most economical.

    Revolver and sencor works some.

    Manuscript is good but expensive.

Fall apps are the most effective
