    Looks like a mangy bear to me
    Be proactive about improving public waterfowl habitat in South Carolina. It's not going to happen by itself, and our help is needed. We have the potential to winter thousands of waterfowl on public grounds if we fight for it.

    Saw an article the other day on a houndsman page I’m a member of that was talking about a lot of mange in black bears recently

    About 10 years ago there was a bear spotted near Kershaw that's not to far from hartsville.
    He was probably going to yogi bears
