I just scanned it but it should educate folks that don't understand our striper's native home is our coastal rivers. Discusses Savannah River population and challenges but also mentions ACE Basin situation. I hope any new legislation for the Savannah River will include the ACE Basin as it's situation is more desperate, but so far, hasn't had much attention.
