    Watching that insanity unfold last night was a lesson that people won't soon forget, despite the media blackout. Then I see a South Carolina candidate for US Senate on Project Veritas this morning saying "Treat White People like shit". Whatever it is, there is no stopping it.     Released in March after serving 3 years for attempted murder. Yep. Old duck hunting buddy from years back is a Major with MPD. His comments are not fit to publish here. Suffice it to say Memphis is out of control.

    The way I read it was he was convicted of attempted 1st-degree murder in 2020 and sentenced to 3 years but was released in March of this year. To be honest, it doesn't even compute in my brain.

    I lived in Memphis in 2004-2005. It was out of control then. And if you watched any episodes of the First 48 in 2010-2014 timeframe, that showcased it to a tee. Sadly, this doesn't surprise me...

    My college roommate lives in Memphis. He said he hears gunshots every night. After the recent kidnapping, he decided enough was enough and is leaving as fast as possible. He’s also an ENT and regularly deals with gunshot wounds and stabbings from the locals. He is tired of dealing with them as well.

    He has told me 1 murder a day up there basically. He lives in suburbs and said seldom do they ever go downtown
