I read earlier this week most eligible for the 10G relief owe less than 10g on their loan. Pell grant loans which would be eligible for 20g owe for most of their loan as they have NEVER paid anything back in the first place. The loans will mushroom into an unmanageable disaster quickly if your are not paying at least the interest.
