Ugh. Stupid people piss me off.
I like Rinella. My kids love his show. I agree with many of the comments here about him being a good ambassador and showing the multi-faceted sides of being a NBK. I enjoy his podcast- he's smart and he has a lot of smart guests on his show, including Glenn's boyfriend who loves heavy arrahs.

Rinella has some things that annoy me, but pretty much everyone has a quirk other ppl don’t like (including myself). With that said, I enjoy his content much more than anyone else in the hunting genre. He’s articulate and does a good job getting his thoughts across, I can appreciate that.
I can say I haven’t watched hunting shows much in the last 15+ years, but I usually watch whatever they put out on Netflix. Tacky guitar rifts and 30 minute infomercials for hunting products are the worst, I’m glad he’s put out a “deeper” (for lack of better term) show.
Duly noted. I have to be careful. This one is the one that'll take care of me when I am old.

I like watching this guy bc he makes me feel like a super good hunter.
I’ve never seen an episode of meateater but has anyone else ever watched “Farming the Wild”. It’s a similar, field to fork premise, but the guy is a chef from England. Sometimes he cooks the meal in the field and other times it’s cooked to serve at one of his restaurants where wild game can be sold in England. Some of the meals he prepares are a little high-falutin’ for my palate but overalls it’s pretty interesting to see how differently they hunt over there compared to the way we do things.
Everyone does not like self made successful men.

I read Rinella's book American Buffalo and enjoyed it.
His MeatEater show is a different style than most of the hunting shows and I prefer it to the hunting-meets-NASCAR-and-professional-wrestling genre.
I'm not watching someone do something on TV that I can do better.
