    And I am not upset with you. I just know for a fact there is a lot of cost and low profit margins when it comes to logging. There is so little reward when you stack it up beside the risk involved. It makes no sense on paper to even invest in logging other than the fact that some crazy part of you likes it

    Just throwing this out there, blacking out the numbers doesn't help. It took me less than a minute to find it on google earth. Unless there are some nice white oaks that you want to save I don't see why not just clear all the timber and use the money to help pay for the property. It doesn't look like it would be a very good hunting tract.

    That property itself obviously isn’t an ideal hunting property but the ability to tie it to what we already own would be nice and is the reason for consideration.
