Long time ago, a smart fella told me to avoid touching the fish. It’s a simple and beneficial rule.

Meanwhile, these idiots are talking about a “longstanding fishing tradition” of eating fish hearts. Who knew that was a thing?

I’m pretty sure the life flight was because of blood loss. There is no good reason to put any part of your body near a sharks mouth. I do like the well raised kid who got out of the way.

I couldn’t give two shits about the heart, but I’d love to have a big ass meal out of that fish with my friends.

I do find it funny when he says “ah damnit”, in a kind like of accepting of fate way.

Trauma Pack would solve any blood loss problem he would have had...short of a sucking chest wound, they work very well. I carry one with me wherever I go.
    At least I'm housebroken.
