And it's not super rare like what some call blue rare. The meat hit 133 inside. Sometimes pics can be misleading.

don't apologize.. I eat my red meat and animals rare as heck
I don't apologize. Just pointing out we made sure it wasn't unsafe for the preggo lady in the house. Who knows if it's really a risk or not, but better to err on the side of caution.
Preggo. You must be a wonderful hubby.
Well..she ain't complaining. She gets to stay home to raise and educate our children while I provide by working hard. She also has a husband who stays strong and in good shape at 40 as opposed to the average 40 yr old male these days that is a type 2 diabetic blob of donuts and Mountain Dew.
I'd say she chose pretty darn well.
I eat mine very rare, as I do all red meat. I have just heard enough from her to know that it isn’t worth it while pregnant. I’ve never been pregnant, for the record (he/him)
Them that don't know him won't like him, and them that do sometimes won't know how to take him
He ain't wrong, he's just different, and his pride won't let him do things to make you think he's right
They don't put Championship rings on smooth hands
Toxoplasmosis?
She doesn't eat rare red meat right now and really doesn't even when not with child (can't say preggo because it triggers that guy a few posts up). I've read a lot about wild hogs carrying all sorts of nasty stuff to where you're really rolling the dice by eating any of it even medium.
Haven't had the chance yet to kill or eat one but I'll err on the side of caution when I do.
