    Default Forestry question

There's a recent cutover on our club. Along one edge of it is what appears to be fishing line running along the edge of the road. I've noticed this a couple of other times over the years. I assume it's done by the forester or the timber cruiser but was wondering what it's purpose is.

That is a very sophisticated trip wire. It is used to slow you down while they are stealing your stands and cameras. If the forester or loggers didn't do it a surveyor did it for the same reason. Just ask Tater.

My oldest child worked with Tot for 4 days last week. Sucker wasn't home 2 days before he wanted to know "where are all the trail cams?"

    I mean WTF?
