Yeah, but do you consider a dog to be a filthy animal? I wouldn't go so far as to call a dog filthy but they're definitely dirty. But, a dog's got personality. Personality goes a long way.

The fact that it uses an oil pump belt and the fact that it’s tucked between the engine and transmission would turn me away

17' fiberglass boat with 115 hp motor

    14' enclosed v nose trailer

10' utility trailer with JD Gator

I spend a lot of time on the road with work. 28-29 mpg on the 55 mph back roads. and I set the cruise on interstate at 73-75. 82 is the sweet spot for interstate mpg

Wife’s suburban has same engine. The Dexos D oil it takes is a little pestering. Mobil is just getting theirs on market.

My first cousin has one and loves it, averages 27-30mpg on back roads with stock tires, said he averaged 13mpg pulling a Polaris Ranger from Conway to Georgia and back. His buddy has the same truck with 35s and averaged 11mpg on the same trip pulling a side by side as well.

Did they ever fix the problem with the truck not starting? I've read several articles talking about a plastic doohickey not being built right and it failing. When it does, the computer thinks it's in gear and won't crank. They have to remove either the cab or engine to fix it.

I'd like to know if KRT could deleted one and what the results were/would be. Still wouldn't have one, with it being a Chevy and all, just curious.

Got one last week. Love it so far. Super gas mileage and plenty of get up and go.

Have 2 really good friends with new trucks that have the 3.0. Kinda jealous I didn’t go for it when I bought my new AT4. The fuel mileage and range between fill-ups is pretty attractive for a guy that hunts OOS. Both tow average loads (boats, SxS, etc) and have zero complaints.

I think those small diesel motors are the future of 1/2 ton trucks. Seeing that 30mpg can be had with a truck that still has a little spine to it is eye opening to me.
