    Default RETURN Act...

A bill has been filed that will basically kill the Pittman-Robertson Act. And I can't believe I am saying this, especially in public, but if PR goes away so does any and all voice or power hunters and shooters have with state wildlife management.

Now I know how that purple haired whale felt the other day.

Maybe there is an opportunity to see that all the non hunters who also use these lands contribute their share, but at this rate they will be telling us we can't drive on regular roads during daylight hours because of bicyclists...

I was browsing around last night on it and noticed that two of our very own are co-sponsors

Thank goodness. I couldn't for the life of me figure out why any lunatic on either side of the aisle would think this was a good idea. Everyone would lose.
What would they hope to accomplish? Seriously?...I didn't read the bill that was introduced.

This attempt is DOA but it won't be the last attempt.

As Fullchoke mentioned, 2 of our reps cosponsored the bill. Ralph Norman and Joe Wilson. Let's hope they do not get reelected.

It's packaged as an attempt to block high taxes on firearms as a means to keep people from buying them.
