I really like my sharp tails.

On a side note speaking of shoes, I am absolutely impressed with my salewa alps trainers. They are no doubt my favorite low cut shoes I’ve had.

You wore those ugly boots to a concert? Are you serious? I’m not much on fashion, but even I know not to wear 20+ year old green boots to a concert

Mother bought me a pair of green brownings when I was twelve for Christmas (because I wanted them). I out grew them and they were passed down . When I turned thirty she bought me some Filsoms. Still wear them occasionally. Of the same as those same green brownings that I wore or my grandfather wore .

I used to wear nothing but Russells, but I called to order about 8 years ago and it was a 14 week wait and the price had almost doubled from my previous pair, so I looked elsewhere. Russells are great though.
I love these Gokeys, but be advised, they run narrow so probably should order wide, even if you usually don't.

I think I remember you saying you’ve been putting in for points out west. If you’re asking for a boot for something like that, along with hunting in the southeast, there are much better options than those two.

I used to be a Russell Boots fan, owned a pair, looking back I think they’re overpriced and overrated.

    Such as?

Yes I buy points every year In several states. I’m not necessarily looking for an out west boot but will listen to suggestions because that day is coming.
