I have a G3 16' panfisher . Has rod boxes and etc so it' heaving fro an aluminum boat. I'm a non swimmer and I can walk around at 280lbs. My issue is this was my dad's boat and it has a 9.9 4 stroke motor for restricted lake in Greenville. I do put on Hartwell, clarks hill and russell. With 2 people will only run about 8-8.5 mph. Wondering if there was access that I wouldn't have to cross large water. Concerned storm come up and not being able to get to safety. primarily interested in panfish amd maybe bass

Lowfalls landing has plenty of places nearby to fish. Not far from Packs. Elliotts is just down from Packs too. Or launch at Sparkleberry. Less conveniences than Packs. Could be tough if the water is down.
It's not enough to simply tolerate the 2nd Amendment as an antiquated inconvenience. Caring for the 2nd Amendment means fighting to restore long lost rights.

Sparkleberry landing if you want to fish the swamp. Packs will be a longer ride with that slow of a boat if a storm pops up.

Storms are what concern me. Very stable boat but heard stories

If you fallout of the boat just stand up and walk back to the landing. It’s not deep.

Packs, low Falls, and Sparkle berry would be fine for any winds.
