Four shots and two releases. That’s a good day anywhere in the world. Way to go, dad.

Did you like the headsets? In my opinion, headsets add immensely to the offshore experience. They eliminate screaming and everyone knows exactly what’s going on at a whisper.

I love them. No more yelling! Lol. My son was humming in them a few times we had to tell him to quit .

I miss my mate days when some old salty bastard was screaming bloody murder at me because there was grass on a shotgun line

    good job, dad.

i caught more flounder this weekend than FISH has caught in his life. And I got tired of catching 18" reds. And the shrimp were thick.
    bring me some marlin fillets.

Before I was "asked to leave" I used to fish the Quimp N Grits. We had the older vox two way radio headsets. Got into a freestyle rap battle with myself and lost. Moms spaghetti

100 % agree. Keeps everybody calm and keeps all the ancillary "instructions" being shouted by miscellanous folks in the cockpit at a minimum.

ETA: Awesome job Dad!! You set the bar high for every trip he'll ever go on and have given him a fish story forever.
