    Sounds easy enough to me.

People will still claim “But I didn’t know.”

Agreed. But it is in the books and able to be upheld by law. Word will get around.

It would be easier for me to paint em’ purple than to hang a bunch of signs. I like where they went with this.

Nelson aerosol boundary paint and you will be good for 10 years. It’s a mess but get the bucket paint and it will last longer.

North Carolina has had this law for years and it hasn't helped anything.

I think it’s good for another option, but if people wanna trespass they gonna trespass. I enrolled a property in property watch once, met DNR officer on site, showed him where neighbor was coming into hunt, Stand, corn pile, etc. I was told there was nothing they would do. I would have to catch them, and hold them, and then they might come if they had time. With that kinda attitude by LEO purple paint ain’t gonna fix a thing.

I don't think it'll help the problem of people trespassing but it'll dang sure help prosecuting em if they're caught

Delta in a nutshell: Breeding grounds + small wetlands + big blocks of grass cover + predator removal + nesting structures + enough money to do the job= plenty of ducks to keep everyone smiling!

That fellow in Wyoming could have stopped those corner cutting trespassers with some paint. If only, he'd known...

We ordered 3000 of the red property watch signs from DNR the other week. Glad I'm not the one that had to write the property number on each one or going to have to put them around the property.

I can share some sorry game warden stories, but when I had the exact same scenario as the one you describe, the DNR officers showed up the very next morning after our meeting and busted trespassers hunting turkeys over corn. It was glorious.

The only good this will do is people may have their boundaries identified now, maybe…

I changed the duck limit to 12 per day, on Mars.

Yep and one can only hope they know how their lines run. I've seen more zig zag purple painted property lines than you can shake a stick at.

Sometimes it’s hard for me to get twelve in a season.
