    Rankings depend on how far you can throw a bush axe and how much 8ball you can handle.

    I was trying to buy a pretty good sized tract of land recently. It didn’t work out but the quote for survey work was high enough for me to say I’d take a chance and not get a survey.

    I paid $2,000 for 7.5 acres. I had to get one as I was putting in a new easement, but I though it wasn't terrible considering it hadn't been surveyed in 40 years and no pins were out there (or at least to be found)

    Could be more….. Laurens County ain’t known for surveying. A lot of surveying done by parole evidence.
