Is there good shrimpin there? Anyone ever tried it? I've got a house at surfside so me and my shrimpin boys were wondering if it was worth a damn up that way. We have always stuck to beaufort and the low country but were ready to expand!

Hey Busty. MI stinks for size. We've got a house at GC and we drive to G'town to shrimp if we are serious. At dead low, you can catch a fair number of creek shrimp in MI, but they are small by bigwater standards.
I've never seen anybody sucessful at baiting there. PM me for the lowdown.
