But what happens when the prices eventually reach a point you can no longer afford? Or maybe you can afford it but just can't justify paying that much?

With the (lack of) quality of public land hunting in SC, and the alternative being to pay ~$1500 to hunt a club with hunters jam packed like sardines shooting at piles of corn because they can't find a set of deer tracks without a bait pile... shoot honestly I'd rather just get a house on 5 acres and raise cattle to feed my family.

I'd rather hunt though.
