    Default Flat top ideas

Long story short i picked up a 6 burner outdoor gourmet flat top for $150 off marketplace. Had only been used 4 times in a year and a half and had a little surface rust so i cleaned it up real good and am doing the seasoning process now. What are your favorite meals to make on these things? Tonight is probably going to be breakfast. Bacon, pancakes, and eggs. What say the braintrust?

I blackened some dolphin and tossed some shrimp around last night. Chicken phillys seems to be the go to though.

    Fajitas.
Yeah, but do you consider a dog to be a filthy animal? I wouldn't go so far as to call a dog filthy but they're definitely dirty. But, a dog's got personality. Personality goes a long way.

Might be blasphemy, but it makes a damn good steak.
Our easy go-to is burgers and dogs.
Also, you can make 2 dozen pancakes in 10 mins.

Chop up tomatoes, onions, peppers and season to your liking, ...Cajun, Italian, Mex or any combination and cook until kinda thickened, Blacken some fish filets, melt some butter, heat zucchini shreds on the butter just to get hot not really cooked. Zucchini, topped with fish, covered with tomato mix..

So far this weekend I’ve cooked bacon, eggs, sausage, pancakes, dolphin, burgers and grilled sandwiches on mine.

Go to a Waffle House and take good notes.

I got one in December and love it. Cheese steaks, fried rice, smash burgers, all kinds of breakfast, fajitas. The best steaks ive ever had came off mine, I'll put them in the pellet grill til they hit about 135 and then sear them a couple minutes per side
